TextCrypt App app for iPhone and iPad

TextCrypt is a specific program for encrypting text. Its safety is given by its innovative and unique algorithm for secure encryption of alphanumeric characters. You can save, finally in your device, safely, in a text document, passwords, bank, ATM numbers, credit card numbers, etc ... and you can send messages and E-mail without worrying that they can be decrypted.
In case of wrong password decryption will result in a senseless sequence of characters.
The password is not saved in any part of the message. For these reasons it is impossible to go back to the original password if you do not know or if you forget.
To a clear text, and a password, there may be an infinite number corresponding ciphertexts. In fact, every click of the button "Crypt" ciphertext is always different and this ensures that even with statistical systems can not be traced back to the original text, as the ciphertext can be always different.
So not knowing the password, it is practically impossible to translate the message.
You can save the encrypted message by clicking on the "Save / Load". A window will open with 5 slots. One slot is a space where to store the encrypted message. Next to the slot is a switch whose function is to protect from accidental writing the slot selected. If this switch is placed in the green then the slot can be written, otherwise it is protected.
The switch changes state at each slot, so you can choose what to protect and what not.
To enlarge the screen click on "+" and it will open a larger window where you can read and write better. To hide the keyboard on this window just type on any part of the white background.

Use of the program:

Encrypting a text

1) Place a plain text in the writing area. You can also paste text copied from some part of the device, a site, a note, an e-mail etc ....
To hide the keyboard just click on any part of the background or white eye.
2) Enter a password, the longer, the more secure, but be careful not to forget it! They differ case-sensitive.
3) ramming with his finger on the button in the eye to see if the password is correct. As long pressed the button, the asterisks password will be transformed into readable text.
4) If the password is correct and there are no typing errors, then pressed with your finger on the button "Crypt". You can also press repeatedly and select the ciphertext, as youll notice that its always different.

Now you can copy the encrypted text, then paste it into a note to preserve or paste it into a message or an e-mail to be sent.

Decryption of a text

1) Place the ciphertext in the writing area. You can paste or load it by pressing with your finger on the button "Load / Save" and choosing the slot that contains the saved message and then pressing the "Load".
2) Enter the password used to encrypt the message, if you entered the wrong password you will not get an error message but incomprehensible. Only the original password will give the original plaintext message.
3) ramming with your finger on the icon in the eye to see if the password is correct.
4) ramming with his finger on the button "Decrypt".

If you want to add new information to the message and then encrypt it again with the same password, you will notice that after decrypting the password field is filled with the original password (just leave pressed the button "eye" to check). Add new information in the clear, then hit the button "Crypt".

The program is in Italian and English.

Caution If you lose your password, there is no way to trace the message in clear, no one can help you!
